WE HAVE THE GREATEST GENERATION (Z)
Don’t bother wasting your time with what the media attempts to describe the current generation (Z) (11-26 year olds), I haven’t wasted 3 minutes on it, but that is what they call this generation. Well, we have a wonderful exception to the way this generation is supposed to act and think.
A great percentage of the music in our church is from the generation Z and I can judge from many years of music involvement that they rank very high.
Here is an example. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dOJfxrbsmhE The pianist (Meah) is 12 years old and the violinist (Von) is 17 years old. Von is in charge of our whole music program. They are the best of generation Z.
Our generation Z loves the Lord and His Bible. They are ready, willing and able to serve our great God. They are not ashamed to be publickly identified with the gospel of our Lord Jesus and they are being raised OUT of the world and are loving it. We have about 20-25 generation Z who live or spend most of their time with us on this property and eagerly involve themselves in the service of our Great King. We are now going a couple days a week to minister at the local public hospital from 6-7 AM. There are approximately 100 folk lined up for doctor’s appointments and emergency treatment. Our crew plays violins and sing. They pass out gospel tracts and preach. Several people have offered thank-yous and have shown their appreciation for this pleasantness as opposed to the usual boredom of such activities.

These Zers are all doing very well in school and learning English. We also teach them a pre-college form of Bible Institute and they do excellent in this as well. They are the best Institute class I have ever had.
The custom here is to serenade you outside your bedroom window on your B’day at about 5 AM. Then they come in and eat YOUR breakfast. This beautiful music is what I heard at that hour on my BBE…best birthday ever, which was 79 this past week.
We have such an enjoyable compound here that many just like coming simply for the beauty and spiritual environment. The last of January we had a sister church fly down from Metro-Manila to spend a weekend with us. The 25 of them, plus our gang, made a noticeable street meeting crew and we all had a very good time serving our mutual King. Pastor Ismael Sanchez and I have been friends and fellow soldiers for over 30 years. I very much enjoyed catching up with him.
